Sign-up for all four classes at once. $40 for DRNC Members, $50 for Non-Members Note: If you’ve attended the Beginner Series before, we encourage you to register for the Ongoing class instead. Practiced for centuries, tai chi consists of continuous, fluid and precisely controlled forms in a specific sequence. In recent years, study after study have proven the benefits of tai chi—particularly for active agers. Tai chi reduces stress, anxiety and depression, lowers blood pressure, lessens joint pain and much more. Come and try out this ancient health-enhancing practice in its intended setting—outdoors. All mobility levels are welcome. Wear loose fitting clothing and comfortable shoes. Bring layers. Instructor Connie encourages participants to attend every class, that way she can build on your practice with new moves. There will be a quick review of the core movements at the beginning of each lesson and a video to watch at home. Upcoming class dates: June 1 June 8 June 15 June 22
