NINE: An Interactive R&B Experience

NINE is an interactive R&B night that combines music, art, and storytelling. JET is on piano, bass, sax, and drums building up a curated selection of 9 babymakin’ songs. Think Marvin Gaye, Jodeci, Ginuwine, Usher, Chris Brown, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, Jhené Aiko, Summer Walker and more. In between songs, special interludes tell the story of two people bonding over a mixtape called BABYMAKER. Will they get together? Or will they drift apart? Listen to the whole show to find out. The NINE zine comes with VIP tickets and gives the story a visual. It’s illustrated by @ukelaylie and provides art that follows the storyline. It’s also your ticket to winning free drinks throughout the night. That is, IF you know your R&B and can fill in the names of the songs JET is playing! The Mood Room is serving up good vibes, craft cocktails, and mocktails or alternative drinks for sober guests. Conversation cards on every table take your date to another level. Seated tables are limited. Early reservations are encouraged. Doors open at 8 PM. Performance begins at 9 PM.
