Carson-Newman at 175 years

In 1851, what is now known as Carson-Newman University, began with a mission of serving the region by training future Baptist pastors. Through the adversity of war, epidemics, and hardship an institution that not only trained pastors but provided opportunities to men and women to make an impact world-wide.
