Monday, November 2nd: Managing People: Expectations, Accountability & Team Culture Monday, November 9th: Managing Service: Reading the Room & Responding in Real Time Monday, November 16th: Managing the Business: Staffing, Performance, & the Bigger Picture The Quarterly Drop-In Series is a free, three-week workshop series designed for food entrepreneurs, caterers, restaurateurs, farmers, and food brands who want to strengthen their operations and prepare for what’s next.Each quarter focuses on one critical area of business growth ranging from hospitality and marketing to AI and profitability, delivered through drop-in sessions led by trusted industry experts.
