Poses and Pints Yoga – Beginner-friendly Yoga Class with Laura Tickets can be purchased at the bar in the Taproom – Link to sign up online will open one month before event This beginning yoga class is in the Taproom on Sunday September 13 from 11-12 PM. $20 per person includes: 1-hour yoga class + a drink token to redeem for a beer, cider, or non-alcoholic beverage at the Taproom. Tickets are non-refundable. You may request your beer token, for use later. Just let us know and we’ll put it aside for you. These beginning yoga classes are led by Laura Diedrich, a certified yoga instructor and craft beer fan. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, or towel. The taproom will be open after class for participants who want to enjoy a pint or keep the drink token to enjoy later on. Laura Diedrich, Our Yoga Instructor Laura has been practicing yoga since 2001. She received her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Certification through training with friend and incredible mentor Jamie Marion (E-RYT 500, JMYogaSchool). Laura truly believes yoga is for everybody and that your practice will meet you where you are in the present moment, free of expectations or judgement. Her classes focus on breath, asana (physical poses) and meditation — honoring yoga’s roots. Classes are designed to be accessible to all people, with various modifications offered throughout.
