Saturday, August 22nd from 2-5pm, step behind the cellar doors on a tasting tour with winemaker Heather Perkin! Enjoy a rare glimpse into our winemaking spaces, filled with fermentation tanks, French oak barrels, and concrete eggs. Learn why we estate bottle our wines and what the outlook is for harvest 2026. Taste wines yet to be released and bottled. Bring your curiosity and questions, and discover the magic behind Elk Cove Vineyards’ wine.
