This class will explore the history and techniques associated with this ubiquitous food. From China to Italy, we will discuss the history, evolution and migration of noodles throughout society. In addition to making handmade pasta with multiple techniques and ingredients, we will create sauces and garnishes to complete a communal meal we will share together.
