Nature Explorers – Misunderstood Misfits

Explore the world of animals that people often misunderstand. Students will start by completing a survey about their perceptions of certain species and then meet a misunderstood animal up close. Paid Zoo admission is required for adults & children, and a $5 per-child fee will be collected at the beginning of each program. Each 30–45-minute session introduces young learners to a new topic through engaging activities such as up-close animal encounters, crafts, storytelling, and interactive lessons.
