The Pacific Soul Jazz Festival is more than a music festival — it is a transformational cultural experience designed to unite communities, celebrate excellence in music and the arts, and create educational and economic opportunities for future generations. Taking place Labor Day Weekend, September 5–6, 2026, at the prestigious UCSD Epstein Family Amphitheater in beautiful La Jolla, California, this two-day festival will feature nationally recognized jazz, soul, R&B, inspirational, and contemporary artists performing in one of Southern California’s premier outdoor entertainment venues. Produced by Mandate Project Impact, Inc. and the Urban League of San Diego County, with the support of UCSD, the Pacific Soul Jazz Festival has a greater mission beyond entertainment. This signature event serves as a fundraising initiative supporting: STEAM-Focused Workforce Development Programs Economic Development Education Initiatives Youth Mentorship, Leadership Development, and Internship Programs Scholarship Opportunities for eligible students pursuing higher education Arts and Cultural Education Programs This festival is designed to inspire, uplift, educate, and empower while creating a premier entertainment destination for residents, tourists, music lovers, community leaders, and corporate partners.
