Join us on the last Sunday every month for a free Zumba session at Essex Market, in partnership with Community Healthcare Network. Zumba is a mix of simple dance moves to upbeat music. Zumba can help you move better and keep healthy. Class can be done standing or seated in a chair. Wear clothes and sneakers you are comfortable moving your body in.
