This festive, family-friendly celebration will feature Easter Bunny photo opportunities and the return of the hotel scavenger hunt. Menu highlights include a Tuna Tartare Station with capers, parsley, mustard, chili oil and lemon; Roasted Herb Lamb Shank served with herb roasted potatoes, roasted beetroot polenta, pan gravy and chimichurri; and Rigatoni allo Scoglio with octopus, branzino, mussels and shrimp in a light tomato white wine sauce. Sweet treats include Coconut Cream Bunny Cupcakes, Chocolate Pot de Crème Flowerpots, White Chocolate Mousse Easter Eggs and Brownie Carrots.
