Join us for Sensory Day at the Exploreum! This time is designed to create a calmer, more supportive hands-on experience for guests with special needs and sensory sensitivities. From 9–10 AM on Saturday, June 6th, select exhibits will be open with lower lighting and reduced sound levels to provide a more comfortable environment for exploration. During this time, guests can visit: – Hands On Hall – Curiosity Factory – Wharf of Wonder All ages are welcome in Wharf of Wonder during Sensory Day hours. Our Education Team will also offer sensory-friendly science demos and we will be showing the film, Superpower Dogs, at 10 AM in the PCI Digital Dome Theater at a lower volume to support guests who are sensitive to sound. (The Animation Academy and Tiny Titans exhibit will be available to all at 10 AM due to our Member Preview event coinciding with Sensory Day.) This experience is open to all families who benefit from a sensory-friendly setting, and we look forward to welcoming you for a calm and engaging morning at the Exploreum! *Cost is general admission for non-members and free for members.*
