Join FND at the Citrus County Schools FREE Transition Event! Visit Family Network on Disabilities (FND) and connect with local agencies, colleges, students, and families for a morning filled with valuable information, resources, and connections to support students as they transition into further education, employment, and independent living. Featured Sessions Include: Guardianship & Alternatives to Guardianship — presented by Community Legal Services 18–22 Transition Programs — presented by Citrus County Schools A light breakfast and coffee will be provided.
