@ This class is eligible for access rates. Come explore the mesmerizing art of marbling, the ancient art of floating and manipulating paint on water to create one-of-a-kind prints! In this fun and interactive workshop, we will explore a variety of marbling techniques to create original designs and color combinations.Participants will leave with a range of original marbled papers which are art pieces in their own right, but also perfect for crafting & card making. No experience necessary – just bring your enthusiasm and we’ll provide all the materials & guidance you need! We suggest wearing clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on, and feel free to bring any special papers you’d like to experiment with. This fun, hands-on workshop is open to all ages 6+, and we encourage intergenerational art making! Children under 16 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Cost: $60; $54 for members; $35 for children. $12 materials fee. Access rates available; this class will run with 6 registrants. Lea Freni is a multidisciplinary designer with over a decade of global expertise in designing and developing quality apparel & 3D digital assets for American sportswear brands including Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren & Tommy Hilfiger. She also has graphic design experience in a range of industries working in both print and digital media.
