*Special Class* Saturday, April 18th 2026 – AFTERNOON WINE PAIRING – An afternoon of chef prepared dishes perfectly paired with wines – Primavera (Spring Flavors) – 1PM TO 3:30PM – 12 MAX. STUDENTS  OBSERVATION & DEMONSTRATION CLASS – WINE TASTING – DAY DATE  – FRESH COOKING Spend an fun afternoon with our Resident Chef in this fun cooking class learning all about fresh gourmet food paired with wine. In this class our chef prepares a unique menu of inspired dishes using seasonal produce and fresh ingredients in front of you.  The Theme will be Primavera, (Spring) to celebrate spring flavors.  Four courses will be paired with hand-selected wines for you to dine on.  During class a discussion on preparation is conducted throughout each course as well as details about the paired wines.  This is a great way to spend an afternoon out with friends eating great food and drinking even better wines. Wine tasting, coursed meal and chef instruction prepared by Chef/Owner Michelle Gioviti-Reeves from The Fat Tuscan. Each course will be selected to perfectly complement the wines presented. This class is for students who enjoy wine and good food or want to learn more about food and wine pairing. This class is an observation class where questions are answered during the demonstration and preparation of the afternoons menu. $125.00 per person and includes a full course meal with wine pairing.  Special Pricing on featured wines for purchase are also available during the class (up to 25% off retail). *Proper ID required.  Includes a 4-course meal with 4 to 5 different wines tasted throughout.  *IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF THE CHEF’S MENU, NO MODIFICATIONS OR SUBSTITUTIONS. *Vegetarian – Please leave a note when signing up if vegetarian accommodations are needed.
