SATURDAY, February  7th, 2026 – PASTA MAKING; MAKING RAVIOLI – 12 PM TO 3PM – 12 MAX. STUDENTS Hands On Class – Vegetarian Friendly – Kid Friendly Enjoy an afternoon class learning to make fresh ravioli from scratch & then eat them as your Lunch! There is nothing more satisfying than rewarding yourself by eating the fruits of your own labors.  In this fun and interactive class students will learn to make fresh ravioli from egg and flour.  The class will include instruction and demonstration on how to roll out the dough and form ravioli stuffed with an assortment of cheeses. At the end of the class, your ravioli will be cooked for your dinner as part of the class.  We will make several sauce options to top for your ravioli’s; both vegetarian.  This is a great class for a friend date or a day out with kids. Students will be working with flour & egg to create pasta dough.  Aprons are recommended.  Class includes cooking class instruction from our chefs & printed recipes to take home. $65.00 per person includes instruction, all supplies, all materials, and a full ravioli lunch for each student.  Beverages & Bread with oil will also be served during this class.
