Doors 4:00PM Flash Nightclub Matinée Presents: Twin Diplomacy at Flash Rooftop Support: 2Face | Borii Matinée closes out October on Halloween weekend with Twin Diplomacy taking over Flash Rooftop on October 31st. The Miami-born duo of twin brothers Marius and Darius Bell bring a live musical background — forged in alternative rock bands — to a sound that lands somewhere between melodic house, tech house, and euphoric nostalgia. With over 200 million streams, a debut single "Lost" that hit #31 on the Dance airplay charts and ran 1M+ weekly Spotify streams for a year straight, and support from John Summit, Kaskade, Martin Garrix, Dom Dolla, and Gorgon City, Twin Diplomacy has the kind of momentum that makes their rooftop debut a moment worth celebrating. 2Face and Borii join on the bill for a Halloween afternoon to remember. Date: October 31, 2026 Time: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Location: Flash Rooftop, 645 Florida Ave NW #7, Washington, DC 20001 Melodic house for Halloween on the rooftop. 21+
