Caring and Sharing Support Group

Caring for someone you love can be deeply meaningful, but it can also bring emotional, physical, and personal challenges that are difficult to carry alone. The Caring & Sharing Support Group offers a safe and nurturing space for caregivers to connect with others who understand the caregiving journey. It is a place to feel heard, understood, supported, and cared for** while sharing experiences, gaining perspective, and drawing strength from one another. Together, we create space not only to care for those we love, but also to remember the importance of caring for ourselves along the way. The support group meets the last Friday at every month at 12 noon via Zoom Come as you are. Connect, share, and be supported.
