Whether you’re a complete novice or an enthusiast looking to strengthen your foundation, our Photography 101 Class is designed to provide you with essential knowledge and skills to kickstart your photographic journey. Through a structured curriculum and hands-on learning experiences, you’ll delve into the core principles of photography, from mastering exposure and composition to understanding the functions of your camera. Our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring that you grasp fundamental concepts and techniques effectively. Educator Biography Jesi Cason, a full-time commercial and personal branding photographer in Tampa, specializes in colorful, expressive portraits. Her clientele ranges from Grammy award-winning musicians to Olympic athletes to homegrown local legends, capturing the magic of Florida business owners and creative entrepreneurs. With 2 ADDY Gold Awards and recognition as a Gulfshore Business 40 Under 40 honoree, she recently earned first place in the Portraits category at the 2024 FMoPA Members Show. Passionate about community involvement and empowering women in commercial photography, she believes in creative collaboration and making art that is impossible to ignore.
