Halloween Trick-or-Treat-or-Trucks Join us for a spooktacular day of games, crafts, candy, and trucks the whole family will enjoy! Dress up in your favorite costume (or any fun outfit) and celebrate Halloween with ghoulish games, spooky crafts, and plenty of candy at our annual Halloween Trick-or-Treat-or-Trucks event. Please bring your own trick-or-treat bag. Touch-a-Truck is a hands-on experience where participants can climb aboard, explore, and interact with a variety of vehicles up close. We’ve invited vehicles from across the North Country including local police departments, construction companies, fire departments, and more! Each vehicle will be handing out candy, so be sure to visit City Hall and fill your bag with treats. Please note that this event will take place at two locations: Flower Memorial Library and the City Hall Parking Lot. Halloween activities, games, and crafts will be held inside the library, while the trucks will be located in the City Hall Parking Lot. Addresses for both locations are listed below. This event will be held rain or shine, so please plan accordingly. To provide a more comfortable experience for individuals with sensory sensitivities, the first 30 minutes of the Touch-a-Truck portion of the event will be sensory-friendly, with no bright lights or honking. Pets and recreational vehicles are not permitted. Service dogs are welcome. Mobility devices are permitted for accessibility purposes only. This event is for all ages and abilities.
