The 2026 History and Genealogy Fair will take place on Saturday, August 22nd from 11am-2pm. Share your stories and learn about climbing your family tree! Speak with local historians, genealogical organizations, and listen to presentations from our guest speakers while exploring the historic Paddock mansion. Our featured guest speakers for this year are: 11:30am Dr. Laurie Rush: Geology and Immigration to Northern NY 12:30pm Baylor Durant: Preserving Jefferson County’s Past: 140 Years of the Jefferson County Historical Society 1:30pm Dr. Jason White: The History of Watertown, NY Event Location: The Jefferson County Historical Society at 228 Washington St. Watertown, NY 13601 Event Admission: $5 per person This event is in partnership with the Jefferson County Historical Society Questions?
