Short Course World Championship Trials 2026

October 28th - October 31st, 2026 Host Hotel: Oak Brook Hills Resort USA Swimming has announced its first ever Short Course Meters selection meet, which will take place October 28-31 at FMC Natatorium. The new event will serve as the primary selection opportunity for the 2026 Short Course World Championships in Beijing, giving athletes a direct, head to head pathway to qualify for the U.S. team just weeks before international competition. This meet marks a shift toward a dedicated short course selection process, designed to better reflect current SCM performance and provide top domestic athletes a clear opportunity to compete for roster spots, prize money, and international representation on U.S. soil.
