Join us on Saturday, September 12 in Houdini Plaza from 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. for a celebration of multicultural music and dance at the annual Rhythms of the World festival! Listen to music from India, Micronesia, Japan and more as well as take in dances from across the globe. Rhythms of the World will also be host to a variety of foods and resources from local organizations. Stop by your Fox Cities Performing Arts Center’s table to say hi, learn about upcoming events and enter for a chance to win tickets to the upcoming Ballet Hispanico’s CARMEN.maquia. Watch for more details as they become available on the official Facebook event. Rhythms of the World is a community-led event that the Fox Cities P.A.C. takes part in alongside /Appleton Downtown, Inc., Appleton Rotary, Building for Kids, First Nations Outreach, Fox Valley Technical College, IndUS, Lawrence University, and NEWCA. The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center’s presence at various community events around town is in thanks to community support from Community First Credit Union.
