The Secrets of Sourdough: SOLD OUT Sunday, March 8, 2026 12 noon – 2:00 pm Tickets: $60 Sourdough curious? Come learn from the best as FSM welcomes Night Work Bread’s owner and head baker Leigh Rathner. Leigh and his partner Cindy Rosenberg will lead a hands-on sourdough class in FSM’s studio kitchen. Participants will learn all about making sourdough, proofing, shaping and scoring, stretching and folding, care and feeding of starter, the basics of flours, and more. Appropriate for first-timers and sourdough aficionados alike. Class size limited, so sign up today.
