Come learn from the best as FSM welcomes Night Work Bread’s owner and head baker Leigh Rathner. Leigh and his partner Cindy Rosenberg will lead a hands-on sourdough class in FSM’s studio kitchen. Participants will learn all about making sourdough, proofing, shaping and scoring, stretching and folding, care and feeding of starter, the basics of flours, and more.
