But time and environment can take a toll on these keepsakes, requiring special care to ensure their longevity. Join FAM’s Curator of Collections, Kylie Thomson, for an informative workshop on how to preserve and protect the meaningful objects in your life. Learn practical tips for caring for photographs, newspapers, books, textiles, ephemera, and more, all using methods you can implement at home. There will also be time for Q&A, so bring your questions! This year we will have archiving materials available as prizes and for sale.
