Library Shelfie Day

Library Shelfie Day, celebrated annually on the fourth Wednesday in January, is all about celebrating books and libraries! The idea is for book lovers to take a selfie with their favorite library shelf and share it on social media. It's a fun way to showcase your favorite books and promote the joy of reading and the importance of libraries. Library Shelfie Day was started by the New York Public Library in 2014. The goal was to encourage people to share their love for books and libraries by taking a selfie with their favorite library shelf and posting it on social media. It's a fun way to promote reading and support local libraries. Use #LibraryShelfie to share your photos and join the community of book lovers celebrating this day!
