Classical Yoga | Flow at the Farm

Explore a traditional approach to yoga with this 4-week series. Whether you join for the full series or drop in for a class or two, this steady practice offers an opportunity to experience yoga in a traditional way. Each session weaves together movement, meditation, breathwork, and deep rest—creating space for something beyond just the physical. Each 90-minute session follows a format inspired by the Sivananda lineage, including breathwork, sun salutations, and a purposeful progression of postures. Over time, the body and mind begin to settle, what once felt effortful becomes familiar, and the practice becomes an opportunity to meet yourself with clarity. Held in the open-air barn at Broadturn Farm, this series offers space to step out of the rush of daily life and into presence.
