Open Auditions

Auditions will take place at the Genesee Country Village & Museum 1410 Flint Hill Road, Mumford, NY Auditions are from 9am – 2pm Saturday August 22nd and will last no longer than 10 mins once you have been called in. Our costumer will be on site to take measurements – please wear similar undergarments you would wear during the show for a more accurate measuring. If you have any questions or need to update one of your responses please reach out to Lindsay Gall (Manager of Special Events) at 585-294-8219 or events@gcv.org If you select tour guide or either acting type role, a follow-up e-mail will be sent out that includes an excerpt for you to read during your auditions – excerpts do not need to be memorized How do I know if I need to audition? All tour guides who participated Spirits of the Past in 2025 and only want to be considered for tour guiding in Spirits again this year can select the “opt out” button to not audition.
