Engage at the Bush Center event presented by NexPoint Join us for a festive evening at our annual Merry & Bright Night, a cherished holiday tradition for the entire family. Enjoy seasonal cookies and entertaining children’s activities. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in a beloved Bush Center tradition: capturing a photo with Santa Claus in the Oval Office! Members receive advance notice for ticket purchases and free admission to the Bush Museum and Merry & Bright Night. Members must log in to receive free admission to this event. Not a member yet? If you have not already activated your account, please see below steps on how to set up your account. Doors will open at 6:00 pm. The George W. Bush Presidential Museum entrance is located on SMU Boulevard. Please reference map below. Holiday Cookies and Hot Chocolate will be available. Additional beverages will be available to purchase at the cash bar. We have very limited parking on the SMU campus. Please note the parking options below. Using a ride-share service is highly encouraged. Drivers may drop off and pick up at the designated location on the map below. Limited event parking will be available in the Bush Center visitor lot located directly across the street from the George W. Bush Presidential Museum entrance (please reference the map below). Parking in these lots is available on a first-come, first-served basis. When using the crosswalk between the parking lot and the Bush Center, please make sure to illuminate the lights to let drivers know you are crossing You will be required to present a photo ID and proceed through security screening. Prior to your arrival, review our list of prohibited items below. The Bush Center strives to provide an excellent experience to all guests, including those guests with disabilities and special needs. The Bush Center recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and is committed to meeting or exceeding the requirements of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Texas accessibility standards. The Bush Center can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received 30 days prior to the event and be approved by the Bush Center. Unless otherwise indicated on the invitation you received, we are happy to transfer your tickets to another individual. Transfer requests should be requested by emailing [email protected] at least 24-hours prior to the event. When contacting us, please include your name, order number, and the name and email address of the individual to whom you wish to transfer your tickets.
