Appalachian Broom Class with Kelly Barnett

Kelly Barnett is a studio artist based in Blue Ridge, GA, working with elements from nature and she is a multi-medium artist. She is self-taught in making authentic Appalachian shaker flat brooms, drawing inspiration from local history and Appalachian primitive art. During this class she will guide you through making your very own Appalachian Broom for your home. You can then add seasonal decor to it or let its natural beauty show. All supplies are provided. You may bring a favorite stick if you’d like.
