Birding with Troy Bynum & Yannick Lowery

Join Troy Bynum and Yannick Lowery for a special birding program. This workshop welcomes people from traditionally marginalized identities to experience and enjoy nature through birding. No experience is necessary! Learn to identify local bird species using the binoculars and field guides provided. This program is part of Yannick Lowery’s ongoing project as Artist in Residence. His work reimagines Glen Foerd as a site of leisure instead of labor by highlighting the experiences of workers throughout the site’s history. Through programs like this, he invites the public into his research.
