Yoga in the Mansion

During the cooler months, we are excited to offer yoga classes in the dining room of the mansion led by Northeast Philadelphia yoga teacher Melissa Gyuraki. Vinyasa-style classes will emphasize the development of strength, flexibility, balance, and grace through the use of postures linked to breath. Synchronization of breath with movement allows participants to both recharge and relax. Participants should dress in layers and bring their own yoga mat, towel or blanket, and water. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of the class. Note: $10 is the recommended ticket price for this event, but please select the option that feels right for you.
