From Grace Farms Foundation

Join Grace Farms Pastry Chef and Educator Leah Jones for an interactive workshop exploring the global context behind the foods we eat. Consider everyday ingredients and local groceries through a global perspective and uncover why cooking seasonal meals can bolster your community while having a greater global impact. Chef’s Palate, hosted by Grace Farms Founding Pastry Chef and educator Leah Jones, is a family-friendly series of educational conversations designed to explore all the ways in which food intersects many aspects of our lives. Leah Jones has more than 15 years of food service and culinary experience and has been with Grace Farms since its opening in 2015. She leads recipe research and development for all baking and pastry programs. She feels strongly about creating a more sustainable and equitable food system, both locally and globally, and upholds a zero-food waste approach when it comes to baking. She holds a B.S. in Baking & Pastry Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University.
