Try It! A Fine Line–Value Studies

Learn to master visual depth using only pencil, black ink, and white space. This course moves beyond basic shading, challenging students to create complex value scales through the meticulous application of line, texture, and pattern. Allison will guide you through the process of creating form, movement, and mood. All Supplies are Provided. This series of workshops is offered in celebration of our upcoming 80th anniversary in 2027.
