Join us Thursday, September 24 at 6:30 PM for a special Brews & Bites with our friends at The Cheese and Charcuterie Shop at the West Side Market! Hosted in the GLBC Beer Symposium. Owner Dion Tsevdos and our GLBC Beer Educators will guide you through four unique cheese and beer pairings, sharing the stories behind each selection and exploring the basics of pairing beer with food along the way.
