The therapeutic power of nature is well-known and diverse in approaches. Medicinal plants, healthy plant-based foods, peaceful settings for journaling, exercise, and fresh air are just a few ways in which plants and nature support wellness. We partner with experienced instructors and educators from our community to offer year-round wellness programs that encourage people to enhance their well-being.
