Workshops Arts & Culture

@ Elevate your cyanotype work in this hands-on workshop exploring alternative approaches to the process. Students will experiment with gold leaf or imitation leaf, metallic paint, powder, and wax to enhance and transform cyanotype prints. Through demonstrations and guided practice, we will explore various application techniques, paper and media choices, and how the integration of metal and cyanotype can shape the meaning and visual impact of a work. The class will also examine examples by artists who incorporate these materials and processes, considering how material choices further communicate artistic ideas. Sessions will include demonstrations, group discussions of student work, and critical conversations around historical and contemporary examples.
