About this event
One of 45 upcoming events at Guild Hall, and 531 across the Hamptons.
91 min • Documentary Feature • USA • 2026 For the first time in seven years, beloved Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles, known for international pop anthems like ‘Love Song’ and ‘Brave,’ as well as the smash Broadway hit ‘Waitress,’ returns to the studio alongside close friends to record an album born of profound personal loss. This cinematic portrait observes these intimate corners of Sara’s grief, creative process, and personal life, capturing the raw experience of turning one’s pain into art. GOOD GRIEF beautifully illustrates how hope carries an artist forward and how the power of sharing what is broken ultimately brings us closer to healing. Featuring an extended post-screening discussion with Sara Bareilles. A Q&A is expected to follow the screening. All talent attendance subject to change.
