Pregnancy & Postpartum Support Group

Pregnancy & Postpartum Support Group is a safe place to share your experiences, ask questions, and connect with others on similar paths. Our goal is to create a supportive network where you can not only receive guidance and resources from perinatal professionals but we also hope you forge lasting friendships and connections to support your mental health alongside peers. Whether you're pregnant or navigating your first postpartum year, a 1st or a 3rd time Mom, you're welcome here! Groups is free to attend, and is located at Hall Memorial Library at 18 Park St. in Northfield NH Amanda Gilman, RN, IBCLC who is an expert in birth, infant feeding and sleep Deidre Rideout LMHC, PMH-C who is easily relatable and also navigating the perinatal season Facilitators all donate their time and expertise to support those navigating the perinatal phase, and connect them to local resources. We do occasionally have other guest speakers or events as well. ***If you know a community member or business who values maternal child health and would like to sponsor a week or month of support group as a thank you to the facilitators, it is always welcome.
