Event: Healing in Motion LA: Glow & Grow 5K + 1-Mile Presented by: KustomFit Date: Sunday, October 18, 2026 Time: 2:00 PM Location: Cate Square Park, Hammond, LA Glow & Grow is a community-focused 5K and 1-mile event centered around movement, healing, wellness, and connection. This will be our second year hosting the event in Hammond, and we are continuing to grow the experience through community partnerships, vendors, music, activities, and other race-day programming.
