Our Full Moon Yoga and Sound Bath session combines the spiritual synchronicity of lunar energy with the healing vibrations of sound therapy, creating a powerful environment for release and renewal. This phase of the moon is a time for peaking energies, reflection, and realization of the intentions set during the new moon. As you slow flow through each pose, you will be encouraged to release what no longer serves you, making space for new beginnings and positive affirmations. Following the yoga practice, immerse yourself in a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, each tuned to resonate with the chakras or energy centers within your body. The harmonic frequencies produced by the bowls promote deep relaxation, mental clarity, and a rejuvenating sense of peace. This sound bath experience helps to harmonize your body and mind, enhancing the reflective power of the full moon.
