Join a butterfly field class this summer with guides Karen and Gerry Beetham at the Robert F. Smith Cold Brook Preserve in the heart of Harwich Port. Watch for butterflies including monarchs, swallowtails, pearl crescents, and others to discover their different markings. Learn about their life cycle, where they go in the winter, and how their lives intersect with birds. You will also pick up tips on how to attract butterflies to your own yard. Bring binoculars and/or a camera.
