Please join us for a relaxed, family-friendly wildlife walk at Harwich Conservation Trust’s Robert F. Smith Cold Brook Preserve led by Brad Timm — wildlife ecologist, nature author, and founder of the Northeast Wildlife Team. This isn’t just a walk — it’s an interactive exploration of the hidden lives of local wildlife. As we stroll the trails, we’ll: Listen and learn to identify birds by sight and sound Keep our eyes peeled for amphibians and reptiles Search for tracks and signs of mammals Discover wildflowers and the pollinators that depend on them Spot butterflies, dragonflies, and other seasonal highlights Along the way, Brad will share engaging stories and surprising insights that will help you see familiar surroundings, and the animals that inhabit them, in a whole new way.
