Family Storytime

Keiki and their ʻohana are invited to join Waiʻanae Public Library for a spooktacular Halloween Storytime! Families will enjoy a fun Halloween-themed storytime where we read books, sing and dance, and make crafts together. Following storytime, children will create and decorate their own spooky Monster House Treat Box, perfect for holding Halloween treats and goodies. This fun craft encourages creativity, imagination, and fine-motor skills. All craft materials will be provided. This storytime is aimed at ages 3–5, but all ages are welcome. Registration is required and limited, so be sure to reserve your child’s spot early! All children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Hope to see you there! Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
