You’ll have the chance to play with active listening, authentic expression, and the subtle dynamics that shape how we relate to others moment to moment.Each circle is a communication playground where we practice empathy, self-awareness, relational intelligence, conflict repair, full-body listening, vulnerability, clear expression, body awareness, and mindfulness. We also make room for fun and a little mischief along the way.Through experiential exercises, you’ll notice relational patterns, expand your capacity to connect, and refine your communication skills. Whether you’re seeking deeper connection, wanting to improve how you navigate conflict, or simply curious about new relational approaches, this space offers a grounded, illuminating, and sometimes playful journey into what’s real.All levels of experience are welcome.
