Get Tickets Here!🕊️What to Expect: A multi-modal practice incorporating somatic movements, internal visualization, and repeated vocal expression. 🕊️How to Prepare: Please refrain from eating food for at least 1 hour before the circle. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe fully. Bring tools to aid your relaxation (yoga mat / eye masks / water bottle / pillow). This experience has 4 segments: 1) Introduction + optional Mayan cacao (~45mins) 2) Andean standing breath practice (~30-45mins) 3) Himalayan breathing practice done laying down to the beat of a hand drum (~60mins) 4) Integration & Closing (~45mins) Please be prepared to stay for the entire experience. We will promptly conclude by 10pm. 🕊️ Facilitator Joshua Lundell is an ERYT-500/YACEP, Reiki practitioner, and Paititi Institute certified Primordial Breathwork™ facilitator with 25 years in embodied healing arts. NOTAFLOF event. RSVP required. Donations for the ceremony will be accepted evening of the event via Venmo. All proceeds benefit Heartlab. Suggested contribution $30-$50. This is the 3rd of 4 planned ceremonies between July & October 2026. Ceremonies 1&2 (July 14 & August 11) yielded $1300 total in donations to HeartLab. Target across all 4 ceremonies is to generate >$2500.
