Tenbo Yoga

Join us every Sunday at 1:00P for service industry yoga! This is a medium level vinyasa class that is open and free to the public. This class will attempt to address the physical and mental woes of the service industry worker by not only stretching and strengthening the muscles and tendons used in daily work but also working on breath and mental focus. I have around 10 sets of mats, blocks and straps I will provide so bring your own equipment if desired! We will flow on the lawn or in the brewery! After class, beer will be flowing by @heirloomrusticales , coffee will be dripping by @coffeeat_heirloom , food offerings available most Sundays by @olddog.tulsa , and vinyl records spinning by @klatelbat .
