Hermann Farm Dinner Series | An Omakase Evening at Hermannhof Winery

About this event
One of 2 upcoming events at Hermann Farm.
We’re delighted to welcome Chef Akira Kawakubo of KHAOS and Chef Takumi Iwasaki of Ristorante CANOVIANO Fukuoka from Fukuoka, Japan, for an evening around the table at Hermannhof Winery. The chefs will create a multicourse omakase dinner, sharing their distinct culinary traditions, with each course thoughtfully paired with a wine or sake. Hermannhof holds a special place in our family’s story. Built between 1848 and 1852 as a brewery and winery, its brick building and stone cellars were purchased by the Dierberg family in 1974, beginning years of restoration and care. The evening includes a tour of the historic wine cellars, offering a closer look at this part of Hermann’s winemaking history. We started the Hermann Farm Dinner Series to bring people together through food, wine and hospitality, and to share the historic places we’ve worked to preserve. We look forward to welcoming you. 6:00 pm | Reception and Historic Wine Cellar Tour 7:00 pm | Dinner Location: Hermannhof Winery 330 East 1st Street, Hermann, Missouri 65041 $125 per person — includes the evening’s culinary experience, dinner, drinks and the historic wine cellar tour.
