Santa Paws is coming to town! On Saturday, Dec. 20, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., bring your pups out to the McWilliams Dog Park for Hermann Park Conservancy’s Santa Paws event, a tail-wagging celebration filled with festive fun! Enjoy holiday treats for your furry friends, a pet paw craft, and stop by City Vax for low-cost vaccinations and microchipping. Don’t miss the always-adorable “Little MonStars Dog Show” at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. And who knows…maybe Santa himself will stop by to see all the good pups! Additionally, in the spirit of the season, HPC is partnering with BARC to accept donations for urgently needed items. A drop-off box will be on-site as well as QR code signage to make donations. Please note that parking in the lot adjacent to the Dog Park will be limited. Additional parking is available in Parking Lot P (6520 Almeda) at Bayou Parkland, which is just a short walk away. Join us for a joyful day at the McWilliams Dog Park, and unleash some howl-iday cheer!
