From High Fives Foundation

On Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 3:00–5:00 PM, High Fives Foundation, Reno Rescue, and the Robert Z. Hawkins Foundation will celebrate the ribbon cutting and public debut of a new adaptive horseback riding ramp and lift at Reno Rescue in Reno, Nevada. This new community resource will make horseback riding more accessible for adaptive athletes, veterans, and individuals with mobility limitations, opening doors to the healing power of equine therapy. “This project demonstrates what can happen when multiple organizations come together to make something beautiful happen for the community. This ramp and lift will help riders of all ability levels and ages alike, discover the magic of equine therapy and connection. Thank you to all who made it happen!” — Brierley McCubbins, High Fives Foundation High Five to everyone who made it possible!
